The Desk speaks toolworks-net/1: a network with no centre, no registry and no keys — control of a domain is the whole credential. We serve our card at /.well-known/toolworks-node.json, read every peer's card from its own origin, and publish what we measured beside what that peer declared its own silence to mean. Nothing here is deleted; a peer that goes quiet is recorded as quiet.
